My Vision

I strive to make our workout accessible and inclusive to everyone, regardless of their age, size, or gender. I will work closely with you to develop modifications and building blocks to help you achieve your fitness goals. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting, I will guide you through each exercise and help you get the most out of your workout.

 

I offer a variety of classes designed to challenge you while accommodating your fitness level.  From Full Body Sculpt to Shamlates Flow and Stretch, each class is engaging and informative, providing a fun and effective workout.

Looking to get into Pilates? I believe in a personalized approach that's all about having a good time while staying focused on your goals. As a Neurodivergent (ADHD, autism and anxiety), I understand the importance of being present and mindful during your workout.
