Hey Fren! I'm Sham
I mean, have you ever just tried something on a whim and it completely changed your life? That's what happened to me in late April 2023 when I decided to give Pilates a chance. I fell head over heels in love with the practice after my very first class and continued to pursue it with passion. In July 2023, I found my true calling after attending the Black Girl Pilates Conference - I wanted to teach! As soon as I stepped into the room, surrounded by Black women who shared my love for the practice, everything clicked into place and I could finally see my future clearly. I'm enthusiastic about spreading the advantages of Pilates to all individuals, no matter their age, size, or gender. I am a firm believer that Pilates is a workout that is inclusive and easily adaptable to meet your specific needs and objectives. My classes are engaging and informative, and each class is designed to provide a challenge while still accommodating your fitness level. I am beyond grateful for the opportunity to share my love and knowledge of Pilates with others and to help them discover the same joy and transformation that I did!
