Cancellation Policy

Just a friendly reminder regarding Shamlates class cancellation policy: ♥︎ If you need to cancel a class booking, please make sure to do so at least 12 hours BEFORE the scheduled time. This will ensure that you receive a full refund. Unfortunately, if you are unable to cancel within the 12-hour window, no refund will be provided as per our policy. ♥︎ Additionally, there is a 5-minute grace period for all classes to accommodate any delays. Remember, make sure to arrive within the 5-minute window to participate in the class; late entry won't be possible, and refunds won't be issued.
